Why is there no free plan?
Free plan does not exist since we believe that the functionalities as: Customized banner, Customized declaration, multiple languages, geo location, bulk consent, unlimited changes well explains the time-unlimited licence to use our widget creator.
You’ll also get a ready to use .json GTM container file.
All our widgets are white labeled – there is no our branding but you can easily upload your company’s logo!
How do you compare with other Cookie solutions?
Yes, there are many cookie and online tracking solutions out there. However, very few solutions include GDPR required features like: 1) Clear and specific information about data types and purpose of the cookies. 2) Intuitive and well documented GTM integration 3) The possibility that users can opt to reject superfluous cookies and still use the website. 4) The possibility that users can withdraw their consent whenever they want. Cookie solutions that don’t have those features are not GDPR compliant.
Is a sub-domain considered a separate domain?
Yes, GDPR Cookie Manager treats domains and sub-domains separately. This is because we need to secure the unauthorised use of your widget on other domains. Therefore, you need a subscription for each of your domains and each of your subdomains.
– example.com, app.example.com and uk.example.com are treated as 3 different domains.
– example.com/en, example.com/pl and example.com/se are treated as 1 domain.
– Please note that example.com and www.example.com (www alias) are treated as 1 domain.
Can I change plans or cancel my account later?
Yes, you can purchase additional licences or cancel your account by sending us a mail. Upgrades will take effect immediately, while downgrade and cancel actions will be effective within 7 working days of informing us.
What about contracts or hidden charges?
We don’t have any contracts and there is no long term commitments. You can cancel your account at any time and we do not have any hidden fees.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We also accept PayPal.
How is VAT added?
Local VAT will be charged to customers situated in the EU, except companies with a valid VAT-number (“reverse charge”). The exception does not apply to Polish companies. Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT.
